For 9 years I’ve worked with the Wyndham and Hobsons Bay community who live on the hard baked clay of Melbourne’s Western Plains. Together we connect grasslands, create green corridors and habitat for frogs, lizards, birds, bees and butterflies, kids, and adults. 

My role is to run accessible workshops covering garden design, soil health, gardening for renters and on a budget, and naturestrip design. All backed up with easy to read guides and how-to videos. 

On the Wyndham Habitat Heroes program, I visit peoples homes, give one-hour consultations and hand over a tailored habitat garden design. My job is to encourage, empower, give advice, pat dogs, and recommend 40 indigenous plants (supplied by Newport Nursery) to these wonderful, courageous humans who sign up to this program.
